Uh....Hi Missionaries......Would You Like To Come Back At A More Appropriate Time?

I have no idea what I ate the day for lunch but it must have been BAD, because I had major bathroom problems every ten to fifteen minutes....... It was about ten minutes before we had to leave for Kung-Fu and I was minding my own business while doing my "business" when Monkey flew through the bathroom door and frantically said,"Sunbum, the missionaries are here and they want to use the bathroom." She had the face she uses when she's messing with me so I just laughed and said," Yeah right Monkey, I'm not going to fall for it this time." "Uh.....Sunbum, I'm not kidding with you, they really are here." " Sure ." Was my sarcastic response. Then Buster opened the door and his eyes were practically popping out of his head as he said,"Get out of the bathroom!!!!! The missionaries need to use it and it's dirty!!!" I knew he wasn't kidding because Buster would never open the door while I'm in there without a...

Musical Review Monday Presents: The Opinionated Musical Reviewers Review On The Musical South Pacific!

Image
I watched this musical last Sunday with my mom and the select few of my brothers and sisters who can actually stomach musicals with me. South Pacific wasn't anything special, it was pretty lame to be honest. These are my thoughts on South Pacific The Musical and its "Leading Lady": It was one thousand percent better than the wretched musical Carousel that's for sure. But the leading lady best known for singing,"I'm gonna wash that man right outa my hair." was down right annoying. As soon as she found out that the guy she liked had "colored" children she ran crying because she couldn't possibly love a man who had children with a (deceased) "colored" women. That's not the worst part though!!!! On their first date he told her,"You know, I killed a man in France and that is why I am here on this island." What do you think her reaction was? Do you think she was horrified and ran away like she did when he told her about h...

Good News, Bad News, And Beans

Bad News: The Art Museum trip was cancelled yesterday due to bad weather. *sniffle* Good News: It's cold again!!! I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am not to sweat when I go outside!!!! Now since I don't have an excuse to skip Blogging I gift you with this story: A couple minutes ago while all my siblings and I were sprawled across my moms bed my sister Monkey started chanting,"Frijoles! Frijoles! Frijoles!" I was puzzled to why she would be saying that repeatedly so I said,"Uh. Do you know that "Frijoles" means beans?" " Really ?" She asked incredulously. "I thought it meant tacos or something....." *me shaking my head in disbelief* Different Story: Caterpillar: That's a bloody lie!! Mom: The lie is bleeding? Me: Yes. It's no longer white.

Sunbum's Collections Of Weird Music Videos!

I'm going to the Art Museum today!!! What does that mean to you? Well, it means that I won't have time to actually Blog anything......That's why I'm going to share some of my favorite songs/videos with you! Enjoy!

I'm Alive!

The camp out = Totally awesome! What I did at the camp out: When I first got there I helped to set up one of the tents. Then we went and I learned how to make two kinds of fires without matches, and how to put fires out. I learned how to cook with a dutch oven, and how to make biscuits in an aluminum box! I gave up smores for dutch oven peach cobbler!!!!! I don't regret it because it was extremely good, but I live for smores and I didn't even make one !!!! *sigh* For the first time ever I almost pulled an all nighter ! I fell asleep about two hours before we had to wake up to go, and even then I was the first one awake and ready to hike. (I was awake because I had to go to the restroom, again...) While sitting around the campfire I told stories about using a Port-A-Pot at an Indian Festival.....*shudder* I don't recommend the experience. I ran to the Port-A Potty a couple dozen times throughout the night/morning. As I was running (for the fifth or so time) I didn't se...
