Today I Am Officially OLD!!!!

Yup. That's right today is my 14th birthday. (I was born on 5-5-95!!! Isn't that awesome?!) I can't believe it! It doesn't feel like it's a year since whining about turning 13!! Anyway so my mom made me a delicious birthday breakfast that consisted of: Pancakes (raspberry, and cinnamon), cantaloupe, mini sausages, and hash browns!! It was all so good! And then my brothers and sister decorated my bed so when I woke up I was confused, and they decorated a birthday chair for me!!! I LOVE my family!! Yesterday I was talking to two girls in Kung-Fu named Diana, and Briana (they're sisters) and telling them about my birthday. I kept laughing because they were saying," Girl, you're going to need a walker, and dentures for your birthday presents this year......because you're old !!!" There's this girl in my brothers church class. Her name is Ms. Bossy Pants . Just from her name you can find that she likes to boss people around, even if they're three times bigger than her! In sharing time she was in the row in front of where I was sitting. I was talking to the girl next to me trying to block out Ms. Bossy Pants bossiness. Then she turned around and started doing her signature move(rubbing her index fingers together and saying,"For shame."Oh! And shaking her head at the same time!) Isn't she such a little multi- tasker ? She started with the,"For shame Sunbum . For shame, your not suppose to be talking right now." (In my defence we still hadn't started class yet.) The Office Extravert

Before the pandemic I was a very social person. I had a PACKED social calendar, and constantly sought to be around people. I would host weekly game nights, friend dinners, and group outings. During and post-pandemic I was left with a lot of social anxiety and depression, and that really impacted my ability to socialize with others. I was convinced that one of the lasting symptoms of COVID was introversion.  When I first started working in my current office, I was still recovering from teacher burnout. I felt drained after any social interaction, and felt overwhelmed in highly populated areas (i.e. the grocery store). Anyway, when I started working in the office, I told my parents daily about how chatty people in the office were. I frequently said, "Wow, everyone in the office is so chatty.
