Twilight movie excitement!

This is a another reason why I can't wait for the Twilight movie. I don't think Robert looks that bad as Edward now. The rest of them are perfect! I can hardly contain my excitement about this!

    I'm trying to get used to the cast they picked, but they don't look the way I pictured them in my brain, so it might take me a while...

    I'm still excited to see the movie! :D

    Nancy: Alice is perfect. I think the rest of them are okay looking. Edward looks pretty good in this picture!

    Edward almost looks HOT! Alice is the only one that looks exactly like I pictured her to look like in the book, though. What is up with Jasper's hair? It's horrid. It looks like some sort of mammal died on his head.

    Tee Hee at Jasper's hair. I'm sorry, it looks like a horrible attempt at a wig :P Some pictures it looks fine, but this one just accentuates the fact that the part looks way too high off of his head to actually be his own hair....

    look at that, jasper has a horrible wig, an they knew that when they took the picture, so they stuck him in the back and blurred him out. its gonna take me awhile to get used to the cast

I just had one of the best mornings ever!!! Last night for Mutual our class decorated Halloween cookies, and delivered them to people in our Ward. Sadly Monkey and I could not attend the activity, so I didn't think anymore about it. At about 7:00 in the morning I got up to make the lunches of my "schooler" siblings. As I stumbled across the kitchen I noticed a plateful of beautiful pumpkin shaped cookies on the counter with my name on it! (Literally) I would like to thank my teachers and all the girls in my class for this!!! It was really thoughtful of you all, and I would like you to know that I really appreciate it!!! I love you guys, and I think you're all awesomerific!!!!!!!

Taking Things Nice and Knee-sy

Once I overcoming the humiliating stairs experience I got set up in my bed. I elevated my leg, took the pain meds, and pretty much just slept for the next three days. I was in-and-out of sleep from Thursday evening until Monday morning. The only time I got up was to use the bathroom. It was a horrible time to have surgery because I was on my period, couldn't properly sit on the toilet, and I couldn't shower. I smelled terrible. The anesthesia working through my body also added to the terrible smell. My mom said that I smelled like stinky skunk weed. After living in NYC for a few years, I was often assaulted by awful smells. The closest thing I can say I smelled like was a homeless person (see poop fingers story). By Sunday, I couldn't take it anymore. I needed a shower and clean clothes so bad.  My first physical therapy appointment was set for 8:30am on Monday morning. I knew I couldn't go in being all smelly so I came up with a plan. REAL Camping

  I admit it! I'm a spoiled camper. I've only had to sleep in a tent three times in my life. When I go "camping" it's usually to an air conditioned cabin in the middle of nowhere, with a pool and cafeteria. This Summer though that all changed. I went "real" camping with a group of 15 year old girls from my Church. We went to a river about two hours away and canoed for 5 miles! After the canoeing we drove another hour to our camping grounds. It was beautiful because it was next to a huge lake. This is what it looked like at night. I didn't bring my camera to the camping trip because I didn't want to ruin it.                  I had to help put up three tents when I got to the camp grounds . And because I'm not an experienced camper, it took a while. After an hour of attempting to put up the last tent, which kept falling, we finally figured out that we had put the stakes in wrong.
