Thanksgiving Day 2

Today I am thankful for an education. It has now become crunch time for me. I only have three classes until I finally attain my Associates Degree. Unfortunately, those classes are two sciences, and a math. Ugh. But hopefully I will be able to place into them and accomplish my goal!

I am also applying to colleges!! Craziness! I was invited to an Honor College dinner at Sam Houston! I'll write about it another time, but lets just say I really, really, really, really want to get accepted. It sounds fantastic.

I am also thankful for my parents for pushing me to be better, and to get ahead in college work! They are obviously super wise. I never would have been able to do this all on my own! I love them!

Today I'm going to Blog about a few of my many cuts, and burns. Just so you know all of them were self-inflicted while cooking. Face: I was taking my cereal out of the microwave but I got distracted for a second, and when I looked up the bowl fell on my face. It hurt so bad, I can remember the pain vividly. I cried for a long time, when I finished my dad applied a black cream to help stop the scarring. I had to wear the ugly black cream on my face for a long time. I'm happy to say that I don't have any residue from that incident. I was glad to know that I wouldn't be like the Phantom of the Opera . I don't think I could stand wearing a mask. Today I Am Officially OLD!!!!

Yup. That's right today is my 14th birthday. (I was born on 5-5-95!!! Isn't that awesome?!) I can't believe it! It doesn't feel like it's a year since whining about turning 13!! Anyway so my mom made me a delicious birthday breakfast that consisted of: Pancakes (raspberry, and cinnamon), cantaloupe, mini sausages, and hash browns!! It was all so good! And then my brothers and sister decorated my bed so when I woke up I was confused, and they decorated a birthday chair for me!!! I LOVE my family!! Yesterday I was talking to two girls in Kung-Fu named Diana, and Briana (they're sisters) and telling them about my birthday. I kept laughing because they were saying," Girl, you're going to need a walker, and dentures for your birthday presents this year......because you're old !!!" There's this girl in my brothers church class. Her name is Ms. Bossy Pants . Just from her name you can find that she likes to boss people around, even if they're three times bigger than her! In sharing time she was in the row in front of where I was sitting. I was talking to the girl next to me trying to block out Ms. Bossy Pants bossiness. Then she turned around and started doing her signature move(rubbing her index fingers together and saying,"For shame."Oh! And shaking her head at the same time!) Isn't she such a little multi- tasker ? She started with the,"For shame Sunbum . For shame, your not suppose to be talking right now." (In my defence we still hadn't started class yet.)
