The Importance of Being Lauren

It all started when I was stretching in Kung-Fu. When I stretch I don't think about anything but stretching, so a lot of times I don't realize what's going on around me. That's why this happened to me....... I knew something was up when I saw all the people next to me move to get farther down the bar. Sadly the only thing I that went through my mind was," Man, do I stink that bad? How can that be? I just took a shower!" For about five seconds more it was silent in the room, (the silence should have been a huge sign that there was something wrong) and then I heard yelling! And it was right next to me! I turned around as quickly as I could and there was Master J. and he was yelling saying," You deaf? You not hear? Move over there." And he pointed to a crowded spot on the wall. Yesterday I got my sword!!! I can't believe I've advanced to Sword Forms already!!! I'm super excited to start, but I'm a little scared of cutting myself while learning! (Just like Cutter-Dude) One of the boys in Kung-Fu named his sword: Picklepimp after the sword that he fights with in his favorite video game. I love the name Picklepimp !! I want to name my sword Picklepimp . I don't think I can live without something named Picklepimp in my life. I think it's an extremely funny name, and I want to steal it from him..... I still haven't found the perfect name for my bo-staff, and I've had it for months! I have a really hard time choosing names, I always want to go back and change it..... What do you think I should name my sword? *I named the skeleton pen I got for Christmas "Killian", I really like that name and I haven't had the desire to change it yet! (That's a record or something!)*

There's a crazy dude in Kung-Fu that my family and I call Man-Crush. The following is the reasons that he's crazy, and the first of many stories behind his name...... It all started one Monday evening Kung-Fu class, I was minding my own business and doing what my teacher told me to do; when I noticed a guy in the corner that I had never seen before. He was watching ogling Kevin do jump-kicks with two other kids and telling the dude next to him," Kevin is so awesome! I mean he teaches and he's still at the top of his game! When I tried to teach I always forget things, but I mean Kevin , well Kevin is totally at the top of his game!!". When Master J. finally let Kevin take a break he was completely red in the face, and breathing really hard. Then Man-Crush came up to him like an excited puppy while waving the Powerade and saying,"Kevin! Kevin! Do you want some Powerade?" Kevin responded by telling him,"No, *huff* thanks *puff* man.....*gasp*...

I finally did a cartwheel today!! We were supposed to do a cartwheel, and then kick the punching-bag. Kevin, our teenage teacher had to stand behind it, and hold it. I was the first in line, and I kick really hard, so he was pushed back by the force! I am so proud of myself! Not only did I kick high, but I finally accomplished my goal! I didn't even fall on my bottom once! How's that for you? Well.....time to go practise again! *practically skipping with joy*

Last night was the third Kung-Fu class! I can finally reach the high bar, and I can almost do the splits. I'm so glad I didn't quite the first time, because now it's not so hard! This week I have to learned how to do cartwheels. *sigh* I fell on my booty many times. I haven't read any really good books lately. But finally I found one. It's called "Magyk" it's from a series called "Septimus Heap". It is really good! These are the names of my future sons: Edward Jeremy, Septimus James, Matthias Peter, and Liam Leven. I know those are kind of weird names, but those names are my favorite guy characters from books. Well actually Jeremy is because I love that 'Pearl Jam' song, and I've always liked James. Sorry all these things are really random.
