Shape Up Barbie

This year our Girls Camp theme was Shape Up. I was really excited to go to girls camp this year.

On the first night the leaders told everyone that they would be on the lookout for people that did nice service things.

That person would win the Shape Up Barbie doll for the day. I never win stuff like that, so I didn't even try.

The pattern started the first night. I held the door for a couple of people, then before I knew it everyone else was shoving through too. I didn't really care,we all would eat at the same time anyway. So I did this every meal after that.Our second night at camp [the night the first person would get the Barbie], I was in the middle row on the floor.

Before they told us who won, they told us what the person did to deserve it. I wasn't really listening ,I was thinking about our skit. Suddenly I heard my name being called. I stumbled to the stage and I was handed the Barbie. I think I stepped on someone's finger on accident. I kept telling myself, " I can't believe I won!"

So I got the Barbie which later my friend and I named Stacy.That was something exciting that happened at Girls camp!

    The Barbie didn't really look like this.It was dressed alot better!

This is the semi-positive side of turning 13. Yes this is as positive as it's going to get. So on with the list....... 5. I can regularly watch PG13 movies. A book to feed your hunger!

I have just finished reading Scrambled Eggs at Midnight at midnight on Friday. I decided to read it after Cameo recommended it a couple months ago. Yes, I know it took a while but it was completely worth the wait. I wasn't enthusiastic about reading it at first, but as soon as I read the first line where she says,“My mother is a wench. It says so on her w-2″ I knew I was going to love it. Sure enough I "ate" it up, and it was really good. Thank you for recommending this book to me Cameo, and to all of you that haven't read this book you should! *Especially those of you who are hungry for a good book.*

It's mah birfday

It's my birthday!!!!! Yes, I'm turning 13 today. *sob* So far I have been treated to a dewberry pancake breakfast courtesy of Monkey, my other siblings decorated my chair, and ladder with streamers. They look really awesome! Plus Mel even let me have pink Boobah to carry around for the rest of the day. Then they made really cute flowers out of tissue paper, one of the flowers is behind my ear at the moment. I love my brothers, and sisters! *Ha! I'm not going to be thirteen until 12:45!*
